Embodied Awareness practices the Feldenkrais Method, offers eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, provides a variety of embodiment-based workshops and organizes retreats. It brings together the fields of somatics, meditation, movement and dance, as a way through which to nourish a path of intimacy and rootedness with ourselves, each other and everything around us.
